Since arriving in Abu Dhabi in August 2024, I’ve been collecting my fallen hair traces of time, memory, and self. Each strand becomes part of a ritual: my daily practice of stitching with my own hair is guided by instinct and spiritual need.

This personal ritual is both prayer and talisman. What begins as a solitary act becomes a grid; Shedding Spells is a six by six magic square charged with personal power, signalling preservation, and transformation.
