The Woman Series Exhibition

The event celebrates Arab Women through a collaborative exhibition between Sekka Magazine and 1971 - Design Space. It showcases the work of 3 regional creatives: Budoor Al Reyami, Hessa Al Suwaidi and Maha Al Asaker. The works reflect on Arab womanhood, identity and culture. The series explores how each artist perceives cultural traditions in different contexts and how each portrays these reflections within the works presented. The launch of the exhibition coincides with International Women’s Day and the release of Sekka’s Womanhood issue and is held within the ongoing exhibition happening at 1971 - Design Space, “The Path.”

The exhibition will be available for viewing from March 08-March 24 from 10:00 AM-07:30 pm in 1971-Design Space, Sharjah, UAE.
